I have a Roland vs2480 that I would like to use as a control surface ( it has user definable control surface templates ) I think ( I may be wrong ??) that I can use one of the existing SAW control templates and define the Roland to match that template ??? , all I need is the midi notes #'s for creating the user template in the 2480 .
Is this info avaliable ????

Thanks
Buzz

I really only need the faders and pan + master fader for 16 channels

You should probably just use the General Midi template in SAWStudio.

There should be a choice like that with the surface.

If not, you can see what SAW sends and expects to receive with that template by using a program like MidiOx or something similar that reads the values coming across the midi ports.

Most all of the Control Surfaces use midi controllers, not note numbers.
