Hi,could you tell if is there any difference if I assign the same real input to 12 channels in SAC or 12 different real inputs to corresponding SAC inputs?
thanks!

It should be pretty close as long as you have audio passing through the channels.

I'm assuming you are asking if you actually need to be passing audio in each input to see if you're run into problems?

The answer is not really. I would run some audio through SAC just to be able to hear any glitches. But then you could just add more inputs, route them, EQ them etc, even with no audio going through them. More than likely you'll hear any glitching on all your audio channels, which would show up in the channels your are actually running audio through.

You would want to individually test each physical input and output on the system however. Make sure they are all working. Even if you have to do it one at a time.

Not sure if that is what you meant or if it's of any help.
