auto punch in not working

probably tired,
but it stopped punching in on the marked area.
Anyone, can anyone help??

That is correct... the newer versions were changed to help prevent people from accidently punching in when not expecting it...

You just need to engage the REC button as well as the SRP... just as normal... start SRP... punch REC... if you have a marked area for auto punch... you still engage the REC switch first... it will flash until it hits the marked area when it will auto punch.

You can latch the REC/SRP switches together to engae them at the same time... or use the Shift-SRP to also engage the REC.

You can only try to re-do a part 3 times.. after that even the software knows you'll never get it and times out for 24 hours.

When I leave the room an impatient artist starts SAW by hitting src and many times when I'm not looking, the last take gets erased.
