actually, it's been a free product for quite a while, although the latest update that's a new post.
It is essentially the analyzer portion of his 'Gliss EQ', which was also recently updated.

Any SAC users be aware that the graphics in Gliss will cause buffer slipping, although it doesn't when the GUI is closed...so it can be run with the caveat that when you have it open on your desktop for view&adjust you will be spilling 1's & 0's on the dance floor ;)
