Locate remembers hot track suggestion

I was editing today and was thinking it would be great if the locate buttons could store hot track in addition to time position. I know it would be a time saver for me and the way I edit certain material.

I'd like to see that as a selectable menu option.

perhaps with other savable options with any particular locate point, such as saving a selection as a locate point and/or zoom or windows configuration settings.
