If you mean "copy" selected MT-Entries to layer x.... it already is about as easy as it gets with a single right mouse click.... and even more power and flexibility by being able to do multiple (selected) channels simultaneously, etc).

Right-Click on the MT track label for the track properties menu... there are a few Layer copy options there.
