I've read here in the past that the recommended video file format to work with SAWStudio would be a AVI (DV) format. Nonetheless, this format is still pretty 'heavy' even for recent DAWs... would anybody recommend a smaller format that woudl work consistently with SS? Thanks in advance.

Bob's also suggested MPEG-4, I think. But I haven't tried it.
