Extract single song wav's from an entire show?

I want to copy/paste tracks of single songs from an entire nights show and put them in a different folder. I'm sending a few friends the raw tracks and we're all going to mix them and compare. Just one songs worth of tracks should fit on a single DVD. I would think they could just import them into their DAW.
Anyone know how to do this in SAW?

Use the Extract Session feature on the File menu... then you can give the individual track files to them before you start editing.
