Notepad Plugin

I recall seeing a simple notepad plugin that allowed you to make notes on each session. Does anyone know of this plugin and where I can get it.

Also note Bob's wonderful idea of using region names to take notes. I setup a view with the region list full horizontal space, and I use region "names" as a notespace for each region. works very, very well.

Thank you, I wanted something to make notes about tasks that need to be completed to finish the session (other than using my diary).
