I was working with the Phase rev switch and put Focus on the fx chain but dont SEE the phase rev I think I hear it. I tried it in the pre and post positions what am I doing wrong

Not sure I understand you. SAW's phase reverse switch is near the top of the channel strip.

In general you don't hear a phase reverse effect unless it is combined with the original... in a perfect world it should cancel the combined signals completely...

When you have many open mics all picking up leakage, a phase reverse on one chan can sometimes clarify a blend of the other channels by canceling out certain frequency content.
