Hi all,
I have a problem with slipped output buffers (not yet audible).
I followed the tweaking windows XP tips of Bob, stopped unwanted processes, no virusscanner.
Fast changing with Fkeys doens't seem to be te reason, what could me the reason for this behaviour?
I can't find the ahci stuff in my bios.
I changed my gear from a P4-3 GHZ to the following config:
---
Mainboard P5KPL-AM EPU (with onboard Intel G33/G31 Express chipset)
Proccessor Core2Duo E8400 @ 3 Ghz
Memory 2x2GB
2 Harddisks
SATA2 OCZ-VERTEX2
SATA4 Maxtor 6V320F0
PCI HDSP 9652
Behringer ADA8000 2x (one more to come)
BCF 2000 Faderpack
SAC remote on my other desktop PC
---
Added /onecpu to boot.ini (In the devices I can see the 2 cores, in windos taskmanager I only see one graphic of the CPU. When I start without /onecpu i can see two graphs of cpu history.)
Config
I used the 24 channel template with
1 FOH 4 MON mixes
All 24 channel have EQ, Compressor en Limiter enabled on all 5 mixes
vst player on channel 2 for playing mp3 for testing
30% load
54 slipped buffers output (not yet audible) in les than 20 minutes.
DSP settings
Buffer size 64
Sample Rate 44100
Clock Internal
Audiodriver is Asio Protocol
Preload buffers 2
Buffer size 64 samples
