Been searching for a laptop and decided to try the outlet sections of the various manufacturers. I found one on Lenovo's site that looked pretty good (http://outlet.lenovo.com/SEUILibrary/controller/e/outlet_us/LenovoPortal/en_US/catalog.workflow:item.detail?GroupID=445&Code=1037XF6).. i5 with 750 gig hard drive, 6 gigs ram, 17" screen with 1600x900 resolution. It's refurbished, but carries a full 1 year warranty, so I'm OK with that.
The advertised sale price was $489.24 (which I thought was a pretty darn good price). However, upon trying to check out, the coupon code that was provided wouldn't work. Called and talked to a salesperson, who gave me a different code (REBOOK20) which lowered the price even more. I paid 465.32 including shipping and tax.
