Save "Cancel 'Always OnTop'" with .edl

Are there any plans to save the "Cancel 'Always OnTop'" with the .edl or is there another way to store this information, maybe depending on the vsti?

I am looking at working out a default setting possibly on a plugin basis for that option... or, at least allow you to set it to save from that point on in the edl... it does seem that many plugins do not handle their message box parenting very well and trip over the problem of loosing message boxes behind the ONTOP window status...

We'll see how this turns out in 4.0.
