JMS Metronome ??

Trying to get this working... Downloaded, installed fine.

Opened a new project. Created a blank region on MT 1. Invoked the plug in the pre FX. Set up the midi (RME midi out)....

I hear nothing. I see the lights flashing. Also, clicking the "generate midi clock"... I dont see the Multiface "Midi State" OUT light blinking so I dont think it's hitting the RME.

do you have a midi device hooked up the the RME? obvious question...

Yes, a DR880. Midi out of the RME to midi in on the 880. Midi device setup is good in SAW.

midi-clock aside... do I have to have an external device, or point to a specific .wav file to hear a click from the metronome ? Is there no built-in "generic" click noise that the plug-in generates ?

Hrm, works fine for me.. I always patch it on an aux track personally. (assigned to output!)

Just patch it in and hit play (Assuming you have regions to playback).

Ok Robert, put it on an aux and now can hear the internal click sound and it's following the tempo set in SAW....great !

Still not generating midi-clock signal though....

[EDIT] -- Shut SAW down, reopened .....all's well ! - ??
