Hello,

Does anyone have this utility?

I would not mind getting ahold of it.

I don't have that utility but here's one that will roll up and down whatever window is Active by hitting the Accent ` key. Just click the window and hit the key to toggle it up and down.
It is set for the vst window size to show just the header bar. It will roll up other active windows but probably not with the result you expect....:rolleyes:
Works fine on the DX/VST windows...:D

No setup. It's a Autohotkey script. Just extract it somewhere and run it.
The icon will show in the System Tray.

EDIT: Just made a change to reset the windows if the script ends and changed the Backslash key to the Accent or ` key (upper left corner).
