Would it be possible to use some VPN protocol from the remote computer to setting up some native plugin parameters in the host computer,for instance studio teverb? Thanks in advance!

Yes you can... but it is easier, I think, to just create a few scenes with only the reverbs patched and set the way you want... then you can simply recall the scene from the remote which will change the reverb settings without affecting anything else... you can create a list of different settings and change them whenever you want.
