I have 3 BCF 2000 wired to my host PC via USB 2.0 and when I move a number of associated faders at once in SAC, I got movement lags on real devices... What might be the cause?

Read the details in the SAC helpfile or pdf manual about connecting more than 2 BCF units... hopefully that will help.

In my experience getting three BCF units to work was a combination of too difficult and too unreliable to be worth it. I don't know if things have got easier in the latest version of SAC, I was messing about with merge boxes and midi-yoke to try and get it going.

Much easier and more reliable to get 3 Mackie MCU units working.

OK, but Bob, what about Qcon that was on some of your pictures?
You are using it for your rig, right?!

Hello,
Is this it here...Icon Digital (https://www.icondigitalusa.com/daw-controllers/)...the iControls Pro looks interesting.

You can use the QCon units as well... they are very much like the Mackie units.

Does SAC 4.1 has a pre-configured setup for Qcon Pro like the BCF2000 one?

Yes... you can use up to 3 units... 2 ex units and a master unit.
