Control Track Midi Examples

Being somewhat "slow of brain", can anyone out there provide me with a few examples of the use of the Control Track Built-in Cmds for the following:

Midi Hex String
Midi Dec String
Midi Ascii String

PS: In this particular scenario, it is for the control of external lighting.

Anyone....I just want to ensure that I am on the right track...

Dell... look at the data for the lighting command you want to send in the lighting unit documentation... it will usually be some sort of a series of numbers... most likely given in hex or decimal... simply enter those values in the hex or dec string command... SAW will send that string of values when it gets to that control track entry.
