Need Silent Fans for my system

Hey guys... while I'm thinking on designing a new system, I'd like to upgade my older one with silent fans. I've had enough with this noise :)
I would want to replace the CPU fan (I got a Dual CPU mobo), Power supply fan, and individual HD fans as I have my HDs on removable bays which have a fan on them.

Any ideas for fans for each purpose? I'd apprreciate models and such...I'm getting far too busy doing research these days :D
