Hi,

Is there a way to open the last session (or a specific one) upon launch of SAWStudio?

Thanks,
Dave.

Been wondering too. Would be nice if saw accepted command line parameters on load :) That way we could associate EDL files with SAW and just toss them on the desktop or startmenu or quicklaunch buttons/menu etc...

Wouldn't be too much trouble eh bob? (words of doom!)

SAWPro and the older programs did that with a few extra command line options.

I never included the code in Studio... kind of felt the Recent Session List handled things pretty nicely as far as opening up and getting right back to work where we left off.

I never felt the idea of lining the desktop with hooked icons for individual edls was very useful.

The best use for the command line options seemed to be for live theatre and shows, but even that is fairly limited, in my opinion.
