File Recovery after a power failure

I was recording when the power went out. I am trying to recover the sound file that was being recorded. Anyone have any luck doing this????

Region has 0 length is the error message

Well the region may be corrupt... but look at the wav file itself... open it to the SoundFile view... if the data is there... make a new region and drop it in place where the old region was.
