staying logged in to the forum

Various computers won't keep me logged in, and my thread status is goofy on those systems. I have cookies enabled. I've tried deleting existing cookies and starting over.

Was there ever a definitive way figured out to get this working consistently?

Dave are you sure its not your DHCP servers re-issue of an IP address that kicks you off? :confused:

Duh. That makes sense. It's on my laptop, which is continually moving around, and on my home system, where I turn off the modem every night. That explains not staying signed in, since the forum server wouldn't be able to recognize my computers as being me, but once I sign in, shouldn't my thread status come back? Cuz it doesn't. :(

Works on my main computer, just not the laptop and notebook. :confused:
