Waves X-noise won't retain presets

Hi All,
I have a problem with Waves' X-noise DX plugin.
First, when loading the plug-in, moving it around erases the MT window...only restarting SS corrects this.
Second, After setting up the plugin the settings do not get saved when I save the EDL.

Any thoughts about this?

When I was a beta tester for Waves, I didn't have any of these problems with SAW - they worked like a champ before they were released. But that's been many years ago - what version are they up to now and are you using the DX plugs or the VST poorly wrapped ones? If VST, try the DX.
