After i upgraded my display card to ASUS EN7600GT.
Multitrack display problem appear.
please help.

I'm guessing that the first suggestions you will get are:
Turn the windows video acceleration slider down one or two notches.
Check that monitor cloning is switched off.

Also make sure the Display Contents While Dragging option is turned OFF in the Windows Display Properties Effects section.

Didn't you say recently that you've solved that issue with SAW MT redraws?

I did make code changes to solve that particular issue... but that option could still cause other issues and it slows things down in the background... I still suggest turning it off.
