I've been getting a message about 'not having enough priviledges' to start programs. (I am the Administrator on the computer) It says I'm not allowed access to the files and programs.
I've run spyware, and virus software, and defragged.
Can this be a result of a packed up hard drive? I got dangerously close to capacity on my C drive. I had 23.5GB out of 200GB. (big audio/video job) On my data drive (K), I have 50GB out of 120GB.
Is this a drive problem, or a (gasp) registry problem?
Any help appreciated.
