Thread Subject Line

Bob,
I notice when I change (EDIT) the subject line
it changes the subject line inside the thread,
but not on the index of Threads on Forum page.

I mistakenly put Subject as "Navigation IRO".
Edited the subject line later to read "Navigation MT - Zmixer".
It changes inside the Thread page....
but not on the home base of Threads on Forum Page.

Probably has an admin flag attached to that option.
