The RIAA gave a 60 day moratorium to the family of a man tried for online music sharing after the defendant died. The 60 day was a time to let them grieve before they continued the suit with the surviving family members. Soon after getting booed for their "kind act", they found themselves dropping the suit but they alleged was not because of the bad wrap, but out of their inmense sense of kindness.
