Way OT video question

Hello All, I hope someone can help me out. I also posted this on gearslutz. Part of my day job is to run the Patient Information Television Station at a Hospital. It's just videos running on a schedule. One of my modulators (blonder tongue - pretty expensive) bit the dust. I didn't purchase any of the original equipment so I don't know much about it. Can any one steer me to some information on what modulators are out there and what would be reliable for 24/7/365 operation?
Thanks in advance and sorry for the OT but I don't know where else to turn. Searching the internet only adds to my confusion.

Blonder Tounge products have generally worked well for me in the past - I'd probably go with another one.

Yea this one's been running for 10+ years before it crapped. Guess I should just spend the money.
