Hi Everyone,
I've been looking through my plugin folder and taking out a bunch of old freebies. I want to streamline my tools by only using a a couple different developers for different colors. Besides the SAW native stuff, what is working best for you? I have Sonalksis, I'm thinking of adding either Waves or Sonnox. What makes you happier? :D

If you need more than these, change your hobby/career.

Add some time-based effects to taste.

I have 233.... and I'm still in business :)
well - ok - I don't *need* them all.
You're stuff is a classy way to cover the basics - but there are more great *Go To*'s! :)

For instance - other products by:
Sonoris (like Pitch Time)
Sony (like Noise Reduction)
JMS (Lace/Lame & compressor)
SawStudio Frequency Analyzer
Brain-Spawn Tone Generator
(see new post)

Like what?

That's why we're here! :D

BTW, nowadays Nebula2 takes care of about 95% of my processing duties.

I'm mainly naming new areas uncovered (then... some fav's)
For instance - other products by:
Sonoris (like Pitch Time - you already got compressor - excellent stuff)
Sony (like Noise Reduction)
JMS (Lace/Lame & compressor)
SawStudio Frequency Analyzer (tremendous when used in all it flexibility)
Brain-Spawn Tone Generator
Elemental Audio Inspector XL
VoxengoHarmoniEQ
PPLParEQ3

.... not to forget - that Bob's in channel Gate, Compressor and EQ already cover quite a bit also!(Plus great interface/adjustment/automation features)!!!

And some fun - nice freebies:
Izotope Vinyl
Antress line of compressors-EQ's (Manley, Fairchild, Urie, Neve, etc.

The former sound nothing like the latter. Why are they in the same sentence? J/K :D

Like Carl, I have...many plugins. :o Among those not yet mentioned without which I'd be bummed out--particularly for music--are UAD's DreamVerb, Precision Limiter, Pultec Pro and Dimension D (among others), Melodyne, Camel Phat, and the Anwida Modulation stuff. I also still use many Waves plugs regularly, particularly the Renaissance Compressor and EQ, and the Q10 for surgical stuff (I actually like Firium better, but its recall is unreliable).

It's a fine line between "overkill" and "flexibility," isn't it?
