Copy & paste tempomap operations?

Got a nasty tempomap I need to update... add in 4 bars & move all the rest of the time & tempo changes about 7.5 bars farther down. Anyone know an easy way to to this in SAW?

The MWS Modify menu... Insert Measures option... place your cursor at the bar where you want to insert and use that option.

Be careful about notes that overhang the bar where you are inserting... you may want to drag those notes back slightly before the insert point... then adjust after the insert...
