Vst 's showing up 2x in the list !!

How do I fix this ?? , I tried the Sawini thing I think that did it , I removed the program etc.
any ideas ???

There are either two copies of the plugin dll in the VST_Plugins folder or you have the ini file and the dll in the folder... use only one or the other.
