After I am setting "Force single CPU".
I check affinity via Task Manager for SAC and TWO CPU's are still checked
The "FORCE REALTIME PRIORITY STATUS" is working fine.

Is this not coded yet?

Thanks

Two cpu's being checked has nothing to do with anything... the force single cpu keeps all my threads on one cpu... remember... other plugins and drivers involved may still be swapped out to another cpu outside of my control.

The only true way to force a system wide single cpu I know of is to use the boot.ini option /ONECPU

/ONECPU forces to a single cpu in the boot.ini... you can have two lines to give yourself a choice at boot time...

[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS = "Windows XP Professional [Dual CPU]"
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS = "Windows XP Professional [Single CPU]" /ONECPU

Thanks, Bob!
A lot of the programs I use now take advantage of the Dual CPU.:)

You do have to physically install a second processor, you know? Just writting that line in the .ini woun't make it happen. :D

I bought a dual CPU computer. I'm in the Dual CPU club already.
But, a few years ago, I switched the boot.ini command to one CPU, and now I want to switch it back. Software has finally caught up with the beast.

I know. I was just being a smarta.ss
