Export Tracks Plugin Latency Issue

Maybe this has been discussed but I couldn't find anything. Yesterday I exported some tracks with mixer processing that included UAD-1 plugins. They were consistently short at the end, presumably by the amount of the latency, even when I highlighted the track well beyond the last region. I found that I could designate the start point of the exported track by highlighting, but the end was ignored in this case. The remedy was to add a blank region to the end. Is this expected behavior, or an oversight?

think people have had to do this with reverbs before as the build mix works on the recorded audio rather than the effected audio. might be a similar thing with the ua card?

In that case, the processing stopped at the end of the last region which is why your plugin came up short with the data it had absorbed to create the latency... you would need to extend the boundary with a blank region to keep the processing thru the plug happening after the track runs out of data.
