To Jeanne : helpfile question

Hi Jeanne,

I had to reinstall my W2K system due to a harddrive problem and everything is well now, but ...

... I realized when I call up the SAWStudio helpfile that all the icons at the beginning of a paragraph that indicate a "mouse" or "keyboard" shortcut are not being displayed properly. It seems a TTF file is missing on my computer.

Question: to which TTF do those icons relate? Is it "Windings" or something?

I'm really clueless where to start my research and I thought the originator of the helpfile could know :-)

But on your computer everything looks fine? How did you deliver the manual to kinkos?

Hi Veit,

The symbols in the helpfile are just Wingdings. Kinkos should have this on their system. Let me know if not, and if you wish to send their email address to me at support@sawstudio.com, I'm happy to email them the font.

Kinko's and the local print shop have both messed up those symbols in multiple manual's I have had printed.
