Maintaining VSTi's presets

Hi!

I was wondering how I could make my .edl open up with the instrument patches I choose for each track; as it resets the VSTi each time I reopen my session.

Once you set up vst plugins with patches and settings, when you save the edl it should automatically save those settings....when you open the edl later, those plugins should be set as they were when saved.

Some vst plugins do not behave well in that dept, so perhaps you are using a few of those.

If your plugins are working correctly once saved in an edl, you could also create a mix template with everything you use pre-patched and start new sessions with the use of that mix template... you can also save any mix template as the default which means your setup will always default to that setup everytime you start a new session.
