Need help with getting FX_Linker to work

I had this working before but now cant seem to figure it out. I'm trying to use it to get the FX_Meter32 plug to load.

What is the procedure here? I've tried loading the Linker as a VST and even used VSTAdapter to load it. The error I'm getting is "trouble accessing plugin"

First you need to install the JMS FX32 Linker plugin available at http://www.jms-audioware.com/progs/FX32B6.exe
Then -
You need to place any SAWPro/32 plugins that you wish to use in SAWStudio inside the FX32 folder that will be created inside of your Native_Plugins folder (which is found inside the SAWStudio folder).
You then launch the JMS FX32 Linker plugin and click the name of the plugin that you wish to use.

Thanks! The problem was that the installer wasnt making an FX32 folder so I just had to do it manually.

btw Steve not sure if the guy who is pressing one of my records ever got in touch with you as I havent heard back from him since I sent him your info.
