Don't know if this has been suggested yet - but while working with layers I had this thought.
How about an all layers view if we press the number 9 key?
When we press the number 9 key all layers on that track are shown 1 through 8 under each other.
That would sure make it easier to select the parts we want to blend together and assign to a new hot track.
