Renaming scenes

Hi Bob

You can name a scene when it is created, but is there anyway of renaming it later? I can't find a way.

This would be most useful, I think.

No... because the scenes are files that may also be linked to multiple mix sessions... maybe in a future update... but what would have to happen is all potential mix sessions would have to be scanned to rename all the possible links.

So... recall the scene and create a new one with the new name... this way.. the old scene file is still around for the other mix sessions.

When you delete a scene... it does not delete the actual scene file, in case it is linked to other sessions.

Deleting the actual scene files is like delting the soundfiles linked to an edl... not a good idea.

This is also why I suggest creating each mix project in its own folder... then scsenes get created in a scene subfolder under that... this way you can create multiple spinoff mix session files for that project and everything stays together in that project folder.
