Installing new updates

Dumb question, and I thought I had seen it in another thread but can't seem to find it. But can the present settings be saved so that after installing the new update you don't have to reset all the ins and outs?

My updates will not disturb your preference or F-Key settings... everything will remain the same.

Bob, thanks. Do I install over the existing version or delete it first? I save my preferences and F-key files outside of SAC.

you click on the exe and you follow the instructions. you will see a windows with option ;
-install : you keep on
-update: you exit
no problems with update

Install the update in the same folder as the original... no need to delete or copy anything... the updates are intelligent and will preserve critical data preferences.
