View Full Version : "Solo" functions don't save

I found out the hard way tonight that when I change the solo functions (pre-post, bus level, channel assignment etc.) and then save them, when I recall the saved session the solo functions reverted back to original settings. I accidently hit the solo button while all 24 channels were selected. My studio monitors became overloaded and my ears are still ringing!
Is there a way to save the solo functions? I'd hate to have this scenario at a gig. I use the solo function quite a bit.
Thanks,
Gil

Those are saved as SAC preferences.
File > Preferences File > Save Default
Also save it to a file in the event you accidentaly clear your defaults.

These save with the prefs since they are more of a global function that stays put once originally set, like the hardware device setup.
If you need different preferences, just save named pref files and you can have completely different global configurations ready to load and go.
