Is there a way to name monitor consoles, like for each musician, side files, etc.?

Yep. Give the Master Out 1 channel a name and that becomes the mixer name.

On the monitor console you want to name, go to the O-1 channel and label it.

Thanks I happened to realize it the next day after I posted this!
I knew it was easy but I am extremely busy and couldn't remember where it was!
