Hi All

Is there any way to cancel "Always on top" status for the native plugins ( Delay and EQ ) like you can with VST plugins?

Thanks

Hal

No... no need to really... they behave correctly with their dialog boxes.

Hi Bob

Here's my problem, I want to have an F key view that is just my Active effects Plugins for adjusting the parameters. If I set that up and then want another F key view that is, for instance, multiple chanels of Z mixer only, if I switch to the "Z mixer only" F key view, the Delay and/or EQ boxes from my "effects plug in view" remain and block some of the Z mixer channels. Is there another way around this?

Thanks

Hal

Plugins do not follow F-Key views... they were designed to remain ontop when open... the idea of plugins dissapearing under other windows was not one that I like.

I open the plugs when I am adjusting params and then close them to get them out of the way.

Others have made space using dual monitors and place plugins off to the side and build their F-Keys so no other windows cover that area... then they can leave plugins open and those positions save with the session.

my [single monitor] solution is to just
grab the left corner and shove 98% of it off the screen

it's always there if you want to change it
at a loss of about 1/8" of screen real estate
