I know you've mentioned using Reaper... Have you used the REA plugs at all? I'm looking at using the REQEQ plug to do some fancy eq stuff (specifically for the high shelf function amung others). Do they work well? Do they work well with SAC?

I don't use remote much so that's not an issue for me.

I am still a month or 2 away from having the SAC system complete ,but I would like some advice on how you manage speakers with SAC. Having a BFD system as well, I am interested in the settings and techniques you are using . Your advice with building the the host worked well.I have a strong stable system ready for SAC license but alot to swallow on the learning curve. I see rubber filter being used alot and other plugins, with your recent post of cpu usage are you having good success with an all in one program?
