Regarding the NUC.
Been using one at work (i5).. damned impressive little unit.
In the app. processing large bursts of data (not audio), n' it's been working great.

No glaring red flares or...

Wanted to take the dive into SACRemote..finally.. so thought I'd give the VivoTab Smart a try.

Out of the box it worked just fine. Resolved a number of issues I'd had with an older model Droid...

Mostly just use it for starting and stopping the engine (Live button) and...

Found it set to 16Bit. Switched it back to 24Bit n' the normal clean quite peaceful state returned.
