Thanks Dell! I think I have it figured out on how to speed it up (make it shorter), but how do I then set the pitch so it doesn't sound sped up? Sorry, I remember doing it a long time ago, but...
Hello,
It's been several years since I did this and I can't recall and was hoping someone could help me.
I have a Voice over I want to speed up about 5%. I know it sounds more chipmunky now,...
Thanks Brett!!!
Yeah, very cool to wake up to this! Me likey lots!
Brett,
If I bought this shade for SAC, could I TRY to use it to port over to SAW? I don't really have any graphics programs that would help, but I might be able to get a lot done that is similar...
Yeah I love it too - I realize you said most likely not for SAW, but I would like to throw that out there again - anyone else interested? Maybe we can make it worth his while??
I actually meant for SAW if you can manage it
I really like the grey one too!
Arco - those Output/Return channel things you were seeing should be fixed in the next version. A couple of us noticed it and Runaway took care of it right away and should be in next release.
First off I gotta say Michael (runaway) rocks – he has been extremely patient as I sent him multiple PT sessions to convert to SAW and then back and forth on what was missing or didn’t seem...
Yep, slide right, that did it.
I can't recall if it was like that before, but any way.
Thanks!
The help file defines it is as Channel View - it allows you to pick which channel to switch to. It's like the MT Track Locator Zone in the upper left of the MT.
It works well for switching...
I used to use the Right-Hold technique in the Wide Mixer view to bring up the channel menu. That function is used for scrolling in the Wide Mixer view now.
I downloaded the latest manual and both...
BTW Bob, I love the new feature on this extract feature for setting it to 0 on the timeline. Thanks for that!
Works for me too - thanks Bob.
I tried it before with Win 7/NVidia, Win 7/ATI and XP. The latter 2 worked before and the first works now as well.
Thanks for working on this for us and blindly...
You can use the File/Extract command. Highlight the section you want to extract and then choose File/Extract Session
I am good with existing sessions, but new one's cause me grief.
I tried the same thing and get the same issue. Win 7 32bit.
Also, if you open a session and right-click on a track and get the notice about not tracks, you can't close that window either.
Moron alert - sorry about that.
I would do FAT32 and WAV files. NTFS MIGHT work because a Mac car read it, but not sure about writing to it these days. Though your pal would only be reading it....
I think the Export function is what you are looking for:
- Select tracks you want to export by clicking on the track number
- go to where you want to start all tracks
- press B to mark begin...
I did this compatibility mode as well and it rocks! Thanks for the info!!
I have noticed this too (after tweaks as well.) It also happens with another DAW I am currently being forced to use.
With SAW, I found if I am building a mix and don't do anything, it is fine. ...
Did you change your Buildmix SRC quality setting?
I have recently been in touch with Michael at AATranslator and I sent him a test EDL to convert to something else. I have not been able to test it yet.
The current functionality they are about to...
I THINK the last thing Bob said was 5.0 would be free and then he mentioned in a different thread that he was trying to stabilize the new engine for 5.0 and then release. 5.1 and beyond would start...
