You should not have to do that... the export should start at the start position and build blank data until it finds real audio region data... then build blank data in between regions up until the end...

The tracks export to the last region end position.. so different tracks can be different lengths if some tracks end before others... but they should all still be in sync starting from the start...
Win 10 is definitely not as stable and solid for realtime usage as XP... but its all we have at this time... it is definitely a challenge to keep it from randomly sipping buffers because there sre so...
Dell,
When using the SACLink, SAC is in charge of the engine... the CPU and priority options are linked to the SAC settings in SAW... when using SAW by itself, the options work as designed.
Bob...
Well... in that situation, you would have to use the copy src to all mon mixers from mon mixer 2 first, then go back to mon mixer 1 to setup the inputs last, since the src selection used in the copy...
Try the Midi Workshop... built-in... can use any midi source for sound and building complex tempo and time sig changes is easy.

If you want a starting mix setup... you can always just create a default mix template.
Personally... I like just letting the program start empty and then loading a starting session from the recent...
Yes... exactly... the new F Monitor view uses the same bitmaps and I did not like (or need) the look of the Aux Masters on the new view... so I removed them. They are still part of the mixer...
The change came about when I added the MONITOR F Mixer view... which is only in SAC.

SAW and SAC have both been set to handle the very small netbook resolutions of 1024 x 600... anything less than that cannot allow enough graphic on screen to be useful with these programs.

Make sure you have the Windows scaling size set to 100%... if set to 125% or higher (to make the text appear larger) the resolution is actually changed to a lower resolution.

You can create an F-Key that jumps to a specific track by using the F-Key options that select a hot track as part of the F-Key.

Check for sure if this has anything to do with the Midi Template... test it without the Icon Template active... my guess is that something else is going on with your setup and possible dialog hooks...
That is the correct operation... Shift-Ctrl up or down arrow jumps to the next or prev section (Input, Returns, Outputs).

For low cost, the newer Behringer USB Uphoria units are working very nicely.

Yup... The Icons are not 100% Mackie compatible... almost... but there are small differences.

Try using the Icon Templates and see what happens.

If you are using the MME driver model options, make sure to also activate the 24 bit WDM compatibility option in SAW. If using the ASIO drivers, you don't need to do this.

You can simply set a blank track to record and use the record transport always ontop for playback as well... just press the SRP button for playback.

There are 8 stereo hardware out chans on EACH of 24 mixers in SAC... thats a lot of outputs to play with.

Once you change the screen resolution, you need to clear the F-Key file and restart SAC... then the screen size will adjust to the new res and fill the screen... reset your Fkeys and resave the FKey...
You should be able to see from the bottom of the Fader all the way up to the XY switch in the E Mixer view at 768 resolution.
Make sure you have your Windows scaling set to 100%... and not 125 or...
Using Win10 LTSC version... not having any problem with the plugins.

My guess is the video viewer prefs are set from an older display resolution which has since been changed and now the viewer is off the screen.
Go to the Native_Plugins folder under SAWStudio and...
I'm not sure what you mean here Andrew... scene files must be on the host under the folder that contains the main session file. Scenes stay with the main session files on the host machines... but...
