first Change Sample rate on whatever you like and afterwards back to YOUR Samplerate .. Now You can Load a sesion with Lex Plugins or Add it to a...

solved it ...
it was the F... MS Maouse and Keyboarddriver
Don't ask me why but it needed 40%cpu power

I noticed a Little Performance Problem with my rme Multiface (Asio)..
ist boring slow in mixdown

if i use the Highperformance MM Driver and the internal soundcard ist approx 10 times faster...

latest driver 3.085
just playing 44100kHz/16Bit File
RME runs as Master
Just Headphones plugged in

trying XP in the evening .

various Buffer Sizes from 32 to 4096....
