I use Melodyne Editor, which sounds great. I also use iZotope Nectar, which is also very good...you can hear the results in real time as well.

Yép, I had a feeling it mightn't work for you, lõl. But I thought I'd throw it out there anyway...haven't had much to contribute as of late.:o

I remember pressing the Enter key, which would preload the data for playback, which would then start immediately upon pressing the Spacebar.

Of course, you would require ample cue-up time between...

I don't know a great deal about SEO, but I do know one thing which should be avoided on your sites:

    Re: Gain staging?

Be aware that if the input signal coming in from the sound card is too hot, it's already too late...clipping has already occurred, most likely at the A/D converters.

Best to attenuate a hot signal...

    Re: SAC with SAW instability.

When using SAWStudio with SAC (via SACLink), what happens if you add 1 buffer...increase from 1×64 to 2×64? Apart from the slight latency increase, does this eliminate the "wonkiness?" Perhaps...

Re: Should I update to SAC 3.1, still running XP

Although I could not find the SAC 3.1 Manual*, the helpfile is accessible in SAC. There I was able to find the XP, Win7, and Win8 Tweaks.

*I downloaded the SAC 3.0 Manual from the web site;...

I'm not familiar with Midiclock. I just downloaded it and will give it a spin. Thanks for the info, janneman. And thanks, Rich, for helping me get the ball rollin'.

  13. Re: No Tempo in SAC for Arpeggiator in VSTi - Showstopper Playing Live

I've been checking out Live Professor and Rack Performer. They both look good; I'll have to free up some time to dig into and test them.

Also, I've gotten decent results using an oldie but...
  14. No Tempo in SAC for Arpeggiator in VSTi - Showstopper Playing Live

Ran into a major issue attempting to play VSTi plugins with arpeggiated presets in SAC. Since there is no Tempo Mode (most likely due to no Timeline), there is no way to alter the apreggiator's...

I disabled Task Manager in XP...can you do the same in Win8? That should prevent all of those tasks from running, no...?

    Re: VSTi Recommendations

Best VSTi B3 organ I've heard to date is VB3 - "The Ultimate Virtual Tonewheel Organ". I've A/B'd it against my NI B4II, and it won, hands down.
