Re: Bob, You missed a spot.

Was the update applied to Remote?
  2. Re: Misssing BCF2000 MidiOut after installing second RayDAT

That worked. All fine. Did a show tonight 500 pax with 40 inputs, for and 6 stereo in-ears... Thank You Bob, would have taken quite bit of time to figure out myself.
  3. Misssing BCF2000 MidiOut after installing second RayDAT

    Any idea?

I had a working system with one RayDAT and BCF2000. I installed second RayDAT, which is working fine at 1x64, the BCF midi out port is no longer available in MIDI setup dialog. On input...

    Re: Waves license question

You need to extract the dlls from the shell. Look for an utility called shell2vst. This program comes with instructions on how to use it. Note: Look at Waves site which plugins are available with 0...

    Re: Focusrite RedNet PCIe card...

True. No real options for stage boxes, but this is first host capable Dante card I've seen.

ADA8000+Appsys working flawlessly and with lower latecies.

Re: How to use Foobar2000 as a player

You need to remove SPDIF from SAC output list. Otherwise foobar is not able to use that port for playback.

In Options->Audio Device Setup change output (RME SPDIF?) to Not Assigned.

    Re: SAC/SAW and surround revisited

Thank You Mr Ingraham! I haven't noticed that you can assign SAW outputs inside SAC input when linked. I was looking at SAW side the output assignments... I kind of guessed it must be somewhere. This...

    SAC/SAW and surround revisited

A show is in planning where I will get mono tracks with automation and some stereo material for playback (also click tracks with cue comments). Idea is to use SAC for mixing and SAW for playback of...
  15. Re: Finally: Appsys R.-Gain Controller and DSB2408 VST Plugin!

I think that there shall bee limitations/chanllenges on single channel VST with the I/O assignment. The physical connection must be told to both VST plugin and SAC/SAW assignment. I like the idea of...

The idea behind using end fired arrays is that you do not give away one elements input to max SPL in front of the array. With reversed (or polarity reversed) systems you lose on max SPL in front of...

Re: Favorite mics for iem ambient mic

That's what I have been doing for some time... except I use a small condenser instead. I'll usually place a gate in ducker mode in the channel, so it kind of automutes when band gets noisy.

Re: All sorts of n00b questions

I have several preamps that have AES or SPDIF outputs. I happen to have two Aphex 207D. And it's handy to feed PA DSP through AES output... or my heaphone amp via SPDIF.
