Libraries allow access to other edl regions while an edl is open;
region sharing between edl jobs is done using library views;
hence why we have multiple library windows available depending upon...

Using a spectrograph, buzz and hum is pretty easy to locate visually and reduce or remove said unwanted noise completely. There may well be harmonics that need attention as well. I have unwanted buzz...
